What is the calling
card ?
It is a prepaid calling card.
It is the fiber optic system with a good sound quality.
You can buy in US$10.00-US$25.00 per card. Then you
will get a PIN number, toll-free number to use PIN,

If you use it until it has no amount of money, you may
buy a new card and you will get a new pin number.

What does the Connection
fee mean?
As long as your call is connected
you will be charged, regardless of whether your call
is picked up or not. For example, USdial card has the
connection fee for calling domestic 49 cents and the
rate of calling domestic is 2.6 cents/min. It means
in the first minute of your calls, your time on a card
will be deducted = (connection fee + rate) 49 cents
+ 2.6 cents = 51.6 cents. For the minute after that
your calling card will be charged only 2.6 cents/min.

What
does the Weekly fee mean?
The fee that may apply, starting from the seventh date
after first use. This charge will be deducted from the
card value. You won't be charged if you use it all within
seven days.
Card that has weekly fee is suitable for the heavy user
because if you use up the card within a week, you do
not have to pay for this fee.

What does the Taxes included
mean?
The rate is the final price. There is no additional
charges to your card for any taxes.

What
does the Minutes Price Plus Tax mean?
For these type of cards mean the
rate of cards is not include taxes, thus you will be
charged for the taxes plus the total prices from the
length of the time you talk.
For Example, if you buy World Phone 2000 for $20, the
rate of this card 11.9 cents/min and you use this card
for 10 minutes. You will be supposed to pay for rate
* length of time (11.9 * 10) = $1.19. But this is not
the final price, you have to pay more for taxes. World
Phone 2000 has taxes 15% so if you used this card for
10 minutes, taxes will be (rate * length of time)* tax
($1.19 * 15/100) = 17.85 cents. So you will be charged
for $1.19 + 0.1785 = $1.3685 for using 10 minutes by
decreasing the amount of time from your card.

What The local number means?
If you make a call using local
access number, it can reduce the call rates up to 2
cents. Local number of each card will be different.
These toll free numbers support the areas that is listed
on web site only. If you are not the resident in those
areas and you make a call to these local access numbers,
you will have to pay more for long distance call to
these local access numbers.
Therefore, if you are not those areas' resident, please
use 1800 access to call to Thailand to avoid extra charge
on your phone bill.

there rechargeable on calling card?
Yes, we have several products that allow you to recharge
your calling card. The benefit of this is you don't
have to remember new pin no.

Card out of stock
In case our products are out of
stock, you will get our mail informing on waiting your
card. You may need to wait for few days. Please do not

Can I cancel an order that
I placed?
If the customers do not satisfy
within our products or services, please contact Customer
Service Department of each card. However, if the problem
occurs from Thaitel.com such as dissatisfaction delay
or double charge and you want to cancel the order (before
we send you a PIN number ), you will get 100% refund.
The card will be expired within 3 months from date of
first use or on the expiration date printed on the card,
whichever occurs first. No refund or replacement is
provided for lost, stolen or expired cards or unauthorized

Why Hotmail customers can't receive confirmation mail? Hotmail.com sometime treats confirm mail as the junk mail and automatic sent it to junk-mail box. To solve this problem, you have to change your hotmail account setting at the junk-mail section. Do as following;
1. Login at your hotmail account and select Option button on the top right menu.

2. In the option page, press Mail button on the left menu. Select Junk E-mail Protection on the right

3. Choose Junk Mail Filter.

4. Select Low - obvious junk e-mail is caught. Then press OK button.

5. After press OK, the screen will be reload back to mail option page. Select Delete Junk E-Mail.

6. Select Deliver to Junk E-Mail folder and delete later Then press OK button.
