• A Good headset ( speaker & microphone) is strongly recommended (How to check & setup your headset)
• Good internet connection, at least 56 Kbps (Check speed & quality of Internet connection)

2.) Before or after you login to Windows Messenger, select "Tools " menu and then click "Options..." (Picture no. 2 & 3)

3.) Choose "Accounts" tab to open new window.Then look at "SIP Communications Service Account" section. Next, click check box My contacts include...... and follow by clicking "Advanced... " button (Picture no.4)
NOTE:If you don't see "SIP" section or "Accounts"tab, please download Windows Messenger version 5.1.

4.) In new windows choose "Configure Settings" follow by typing Server name as wmtt.dynalias.com, then choose "UDP"
and click "OK" to continue.(Picture no.5)

5.) Put sign-in-name in the box Ex: "Youraccount@wmtt.dynalias.com"and click "OK" (Picture no.6)
NOTE:You will obtain your account, after you buy MSN2phone account at Thaitel.com.

How to Log-in & Make a Call

1.) Click "File" menu and choose "Sign-in" tab (Picture no. 7). Then choose be pop up link (Picture no. 8)
, insert "Youraccount@wmtt.dynalias.com" into"Sign-in-name" box. At "User name" box, type "wmtt.dynalias.com\Youraccount". Then follow by typing "Password" , click check box "Save my password" and click "OK" to continue.

2.) To make a call press "Actions" menu and select "Start a Voice Conversation..." tab. (Picture No.9)

3.) To establish a connection press "Other" icon and type the telephone number that you wish to call in the box
by Typing Country Code + City Code +Telephone Number

Ex: Call to Thailand (Country Code = 66) Number 01-1234567
     Type 6611234567( as Picture No.10 )
Ex: Call to USA (Country Code = 1) Number (310)449-7300       
     Type 13104497300
Ex: Call to UK (Country Code=44) Number 0870 60 10 100        
     Type 448706010100

Then choose "SIP Communications Service" at "Select the service that this person uses: and click "OK"
NOTE: If "SIP Communications Service" does not show in the box, please recheck your login status and try again, possible can be your login not successfully or something wrong on Windows Messenger. (click here to check Windows Messenger)

4.) Now, you can start having a conversation. (check connection status from message in red box).
To end the conversation press "Stop Talking" button (Picture No.11)
NOTE:You won't hear any ring back tone. All statuses will be shown in the conversation panel.

5.) In case, you need to redial after “Stop Talking", please don't close that conversation panel. You can click at “ Start Talking” to redial that number again. (Picture No.12)

New Feature!! New Phone pad

New Feature on Window Messenger 5.1 allows you to make a quick dial with the new telephone pad. It offers you the most convenient way for you to fulfill your connections and communications

Download the New Updated Features (Add On Pad Version 2.1) for the New Phone pad on Window Messenger 5.1

After you install the new Updated file, you must restart your computer.

Make Manual Call

1.) Click on "Make a call" on your Window Messenger, then it will show you the telephone pad.(See Picture No.13)

2.) Enter the destination number you wish to call by the following format (See Picture No.14)

     Country code + Area code + telephone number

     For example: Call to Thailand (Country code = 66), Phone number (01) 1234567
     then you simply enter 6611234567

     For example: Call to USA (Country code = 1), Phone number (310) 449-7300
     then you simply enter 13104997300

     For example: Call to UK (Country code = 44), Phone number (0870) 60 10 100
     then you simply enter 4408706010100

     For example: Call to Australia (Country code = 61), Phone number (0405) 772-7787
     then you simply enter 614057727787

3.) Press Dial to make a Call and now you can start the conversation

More Easy Tool for Dialing Internatinal Call

On the new Window Messenger's phone pad, it provides the Easy tool for you to find the country code, and helps you to make international call easier.

1.) Click on the Drop down box - then it will show you the list of countries (See Picture No.15)

2.) After you choose the country you wish to call -- Enter the destination number into the field box by the following format

     Area code + telephone number

     For example: Call to Thailand,  Phone number (01) 123-4567
     then you simply enter 11234567     

     For example: Call to USA,  Phone number (310) 499-7300
     then you simply enter 3104997300      

     For example: Call to UK , Phone number (0870) 60 10 100
     then you simply enter 8706010100

     For example: Call to Australia,  Phone number (0405) 772-7787
     then you simply enter 4057727787
