Set up your mCall
1.) First of all, you must log-in your User name & Password at http://m.thaitel.com (See picture 1)

2.) Set up your phone number (See picture 2)
» Choose - Setup / Manage » then select - Set My number » Enter your phone number into the fill box, and click Save » Now the phone number you have entered will be recognized as the default number

To setup your phone number for mCall account
Please Enter your phone number by this following format: Country code + Area code + Phone number
Example: if you are in Thailand, Enter your phone number by this following: (Country code 66) + (Area code 1) + (Phone number 1234567)
then your mCall phone number is 66-1-1234567
Example: if you are in Australia, Enter your phone number by this following : (Country code 61) + (Area code 405) + (Phone number772512))
then your mCall phone number is 61-405-772512
Example: if you are in USA, Enter your phone number by this following: (Country code 1) +(Area code 909) (Phone number 324-4567) +
then your mCall phone number is 1-909-324-4567

How to make calls
There are 2 ways to make calls
1.) To Make Manual Call
step 1: Choose Call Number in your Main menu (See Picture 3)

step 2: Enter the number you wish to call in the filled box (See picture 4)

To make international call: Enter Country code + Area code + Telephone number Example: if you want to call to Australia : Dial 61(Country code) + 2(Area code) + 9552-2224 (Telephone number) then your calling number is 61-2-9552-2224
Example: if you want to call to USA : Dial 1(Country code) +909(Area code) + 324-4567 then your calling number is 1-909-324-4567
Example: if you want to call Thailand : Dial 66 (Country code) + 2 (Area code) + 324-4567 (Telephone number) then your calling number is 66-2-222-3334
step 3: Click (Now your phone will be ringing for the first connection)
step 4: Pick up your mobile phone, and this connection will automatically connect to the destination number. (Wait until the contact person pick up the phone, then you can start to talk)

2.) Make call from your PhoneBook
step 1: Add the person you wish to call into the PhoneBook (Click here to see the instruction for how to add)
step 2: Choose Call PhoneBook in your Main Menu
step 3: In this page, you will see the contact list you have added into the PhoneBook. (See Picture 6)

step 4: Choose the person you wish to call from the list
step 5: Click 
step 6: Now your mobile phone screen should show as the following (See Picture 7)

Then, your phone should be ringing, please answer that call and then you will hear the ring to connect to the destination number.

How to use PhoneBook
mCall provides PhoneBook and Speed Dial, that allows you to record the telephone numbers into your contact list, and allows you to make one click to call anyone easier through the web/WAP on your mobile phone.
Add the contact list to PhoneBook
1.) Choose Set-up / Manage in your Main Menu (See picture 8) 2.) Click PhoneBook 3.) Click Add, and enter the contact person and phone number into the fill box

4.) Add the new contact number on your PhoneBook (See Picture 9)
Step 1: Enter Name for the contact person
Step 2: Please Enter phone number by this following format: Country code + Area code + Phone number
Example: To add the PhoneBook for Thailand Number
Enter your phone number by this following: (Country code 66) + (Area code 1) + (Phone number 765-4321)
then your mCall phone number is 66-1-765-4321
Example: To add the PhoneBook for Australia Number
Enter your phone number by this following : (Country code 61) + (Area code 405) + (Phone number772512)
then your mCall phone number is 61-405-772512
Example: To add the PhoneBook for USA Number
Enter your phone number by this following: (Country code 1) +(Area code 909) + (Phone number 324-4567) then your mCall phone number is 1-909-324-4567

5.) Click to record this contact number

Edit & Delete the PhoneBook
You can edit or delete the contact person in your PhoneBook by yourself.
To Edit your PhoneBook 1.) In your PhoneBook (Manage PhoneBook) 2.) Click Edit (See Picture 10)

3.) Choose the contact person in the list, and click button (See picture 11)

4.) Edit the contact detail you want in Edit PhoneBook page. After you finish editing, click Save to record your edited detail (See picture 12)

1.) To recharge your mCall account (See picture 15)
» choose - Set up / Manage » then select - Recharge

» select the credit card type » enter your credit card number (Card no., Three digits, and Expired date) » then click button

4.) Check your Payment
» check the invoice number in this page and keep it as your reference » you will receive the confirmation in your email address » click 'Back to Menu' to return to the Main Menu

Using mCall Feature
Search for the Destination Rate
With mCall, you can search the calling rate per minute for the destination number you wish to call
1.) Choose Features in your Main menu 2.) then select - Cheak Rate (See picture 19)

3.) Enter Country code + Area code you wish to check for the calling rate (See Picture 20)
Example: if you wish to check the calling rate for Bangkok, Thailand. Enter 66 (Country code) + 2 (Area code) Example: if you wish to check the calling rate for Sydney, Australia. Enter 61 (Country code) + 2 (Area code)

Add PhoneBook to your favorite Page
Quickiest way to make call from your PhoneBook
Add PhoneBook to your faovirite page is the quickiest way for you to make calls. This tip helps you to dial easier and pay less for the GPRS's connection fee. Probably, to add PhoneBook to your favorite page, will take less than a minute or a few kbyte data transfer of GPRS to initiate a command to our system. Once you the call is made from your mobile phone and the destination number, the GPRS connection will be automatically disconnected from your mobile phone.
1.) Open the Log-in Page

» Log-in your Username&Password » Click “Call PhoneBook”

2.) Save this page for your Favorite page (See Picture 23)
Step 1 » On Tool bar, Click on Favorite Button, then it will show the optional page for you to add new favorite page
Step 2 » Click Add
Step 3 » Enter the name you wish to save for this page (Example: mCall PhoneBook)
Step 4 » then click OK

3.) Now you can make a quick tip to call anyone in your PhoneBook from the Favorite page.

Step 1 » Click on Favorite Button on the Tool bar
Step 2 » Click on the mCall PhoneBook page you have just added from the list
Step 3 » Now you can enter directly to the PhoneBook page, and make call to anyone easier
