The Prestige 2000W VoIP Wi-Fi phone is compatible with IEEE 802.11b or 11g wireless standard. Operating range: Out-door up to 300m, In-door up to 75m.
The Zyxel Prestige 2000W VoIP Wi-Fi phone have been tested with Thaitel's professional staffs, that works well with Thaitel's VoIP network.
 After purchasing IP-Phone account from Thaitel.com, you would get Thaitel PLUS account & password, which account will have format like 0029xxxxxx

How to connect to Access Point
1. Firstly, you have to configure IP address by using DHCP mode, which will automatic detect the IP address for you.
Please select Menu > Net Setting > Network Mode, then select DHCP
If you want to configure your IP manually, please select mode Fixed IP

2. Next step please go back to main menu for setting your access point
Select Menu > Wireless > Site Survey
You will see Access Point in range and then you can select the Access Point on the screen

How to set up Thaitel Account
1. To start setting Thaitel Account
Select Menu > SIP Setting > Proxy Server > Proxy IP

2. On screen Proxy IP, please type ipphone.thaitelplus.com
Then press Ok for save. It will appear a screen to ask for confirmation, please press Ok for saving configuration.

3. Next, to set Port
Select Port and please type 5060
Then press Ok to save changed.

4. Next, press Back to back one level to set OutboundProxy.
Select OutboundProxy > ProxyIP, please type ipphone.thaitelplus.com
Then, press Ok to save changed.

5. Next, to set Port
Select Port and please type 5060
Then press Ok to save changed.

6. Next, press Back to set Phone Number
Phone Number : Thaitel Account
Then, press Ok to save changed.

7. To set Username and Password, please type
Username : Thaitel Account and press Ok to save changed.
User Pwd : Password and press Ok to save the changed
(see picture below).

8. Press Back button until reach the picture27 and wait until the system reconfigure the setting. You will see Zyxel screen appear like in picture below (picture28), your phone now logging on and is ready to call.

How to make a call
To make a call between Thaitel Account
Enter Thaitel Account number and dial
For example : 002900xxxx and dial
To make a call to normal phone or call phone
Enter destination number in this format
[ Country code + City Code + Phone Number ]
For example
Calling to USA : 1800 + phone number
Enter : 18007737126
Calling to England : 44 + City Code + Phone number
Enter : 447880999999
Calling to Bangkok : 66 + 2 + phone number
Enter : 6621234567
Calling to Mobile phone : 668 + Mobile phone number
Enter : 66871234567
