How to connect to Access Point
1. Firstly, you have to configure IP address by using DHCP mode, which will automatic detect the IP address for you.
Please select Menu > Net Setting > Network Mode, then select DHCP
If you want to configure your IP manually, please select mode Fixed IP

2. Next step please go back to main menu for setting your access point
Select Menu > Wireless > Site Survey
You will see Access Point in range and then you can select the Access Point on the screen

How to set up Thaitel Account
1. Open web browser and type http://ip address like in the picture below.
(If you want to check ip address for IP Phone click here.)
2. The dialogue box will appear to put in username & password, please type
User name : voipadmin
Password : admin
3. The screen will show main page of the program for setting. Menu is on the right of the screen.
4.Next, select SIP Proxy from the menu. The page of SIP PROXY will appear.
On screen SIP PROXY, please set
SIP URI sip : Thaitel Account @ ipphone.thaitelplus.com:5060
SIP Server Address : ipphone.thaitelplus.com
SIP Server Port : 5060
Registrar Server Address : ipphone.thaitelplus.com
Registrar Server Port : 5060
Display Name : Your Name
Registrar Username : Thaitel Account
Registrar Password : Thaitel Password
Click Apply for saving configuration.
5. After that, please select Phone Settings from the menu. The page of PHONE SETTINGS will appear.
 
On screen PHONE SETTINGS, please set
Default Voice Codec : G729, 8k
DTMF Relay : RFC2833
Click Apply for saving configuration.
6. And then click RESTART button on the right. The page will show while Wifi Phone is restarting your configuration.
 
7. Now when your Zyxel wifi phone screen appear like in picture below, your phone now logging on and is ready to call.

How to make a call
To make a call between Thaitel Account
Enter Thaitel Account number and dial
For example : 002900xxxx and dial
To make a call to normal phone or call phone
Enter destination number in this format
[ Country code + City Code + Phone Number ]
For example
Calling to USA : 1800 + phone number
Enter : 18007737126
Calling to England : 44 + City Code + Phone number
Enter : 447880999999
Calling to Bangkok : 66 + 2 + phone number
Enter : 6621234567
Calling to Mobile phone : 668 + Mobile phone number
