How to make a call
Configuring the Thaitel Account through a Web Browser.
1. Open web browser and type http://ip address like in the picture below.(If you want to check or config ip address for IP Phone click here.)
2. Click Admin Login for config Thaitel account.
3. A set up page will be displayed, go to Tab Ext 1 and set as following the picture below.
General
- Line Enable : yes
Proxy and Registration
- Proxy : ipphone.thaitelplus.com
- Register : yes
Subscriber Information
- Display Name : Your name
- User ID : Thaitel Account
- Password : Thaitel Password
Audio Configuration
- Preferred Codec : G723 or G729
To make sure that all of functions like in the same status as the picture, then click Submit All Changes for saving configuration.
4. The page will show while IP Phone is rebooting your configuration.
5. When the system is redirected to the main page, please check Ext 1 Status if it shows Registered that mean your phone now logging in and ready to call.

How to make a call
To make a call between Thaitel Account
Enter Thaitel Account number and dial
For example : 002900xxxx and dial
To make a call to normal phone or call phone
Enter destination number in this format
[ Country code + City Code + Phone Number ]
For example
Calling to USA : 1800 + phone number
Enter : 18007737126
Calling to England : 44 + City Code + Phone number
Enter : 447880999999
Calling to Bangkok : 66 + 2 + phone number
Enter : 6621234567
Calling to Mobile phone : 668 + Mobile phone number

Guide to check IP Address of IP Phone.
After connected internet connection cable to back of SPA841 IP Phone, please check IP Address.
1. Please press Menu button for set up Network (see SPA841.1 below).

2. When you press Menu Button, you will see Menu list.

3. Please scroll down to select menu 9 Network and see 2 Current IP. You can put Current IP on your web browser.

Guide to configure IP Phone with Internet.
After connected internet connection cable to back of SPA841 IP Phone, please set up Network for IP Phone.
1. Please press Menu button for set up Network (see SPA841.1 below).

2. When you press Menu Button, you will see Menu list.

3. Please scroll down to select menu 9 Network andselect menu
DHCP Enable and press edit if you want your phone to automatic configure your IP setting please select Yes. Or you can select No if you want to configure your IP manually and then press OK.

4. In case you select No for config your IP manually please scroll down
to select menu 8 Non-DHCP IP Address and press edit to fixed IP Address then select OK.

5. After that scroll down menu 9 Non-DHCP SubnetMask and press edit to fixed SubnetMask then select OK.

6. And Then scroll down menu 10 Non-DHCP DefaultRoute and press edit to fixed DefaultRoute then select OK.

7. The last, scroll down menu 11 Non-DHCP DNS1 and press edit to fixed DNS then select OK.

8. After you set up Network to finished please press scroll down menu 13 Restart.
