Dial from your telephone line : You can call Bangkok and Thailand by using your PIN and connecting to a Local Access Number that has the same area code as you do. Each Local Access Number is free only in the specified city. To make sure that the access no. is a local call in your area, just pick up the phone and dial 0 (zero) and ask the operator to check the number for you.
Dial from your mobile phone : If you would like to make a call via your mobile phone you can usually get a good deal on your mobile such as "Unlimited Night & Weekend Minutes?, or free minutes. It means you won't need to pay for any call (only during a specific time period depending on your mobile phone operator) while you are using a local access numbers for your area.
