Dial : 1. From landline phone 0032-900-786 (free, available only main
areas) 03-4580-0341 (non free call)
You can use two call free numbers (0032 and 0120) and
one non free number. Normally 0032 is cheaper than 0120.
However, you can use 0032 only in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Ibaraki,
Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Yamanashi, Shizuoka, Aichi,
Gifu, Fukui, Shiga, Mie, Wakayama, Nara, Kyoto, Osaka,
Hyogo prefectures. In other prefectures, 0032 is not available,
thus use 0120 or non-free call (03). It depends on what
company's line you use which number is the cheapest for
you. If you call in Tokyo, 03 (non free call) would be
the cheapest.
2. From mobile phone 0032-900-786 (free, available nationwide) 03-4580-0341 (non free call)
In most cases, 0032 free call is most economic. However,
if customer's rate via mobile phone for Tokyo area is
enough cheap (less than 23 yen per minute), 03 non free-call
number will be cheaper.
