You can call to Bangkok and Thailand by using your PIN and call to Local Access# that has same area code with you.

There are 2 ways to use the Local Access Number :

1. Dial from your telephone line : You can call Bangkok and Thailand by using your PIN and connecting to a Local Access Number that has the same area code as you do. Each Local Access Number is free only in the specified city. To make sure that the access no. is a local call in your area, just pick up the phone and dial 0 (zero) and ask the operator to check the number for you.

2. Dial from your mobile phone : If you would like to make a call via your mobile phone you can usually get a good deal on your mobile such as "Unlimited Night & Weekend Minutes”, or free minutes. It means you won't need to pay for any call (only during a specific time period depending on your mobile phone operator) while you are using a local access numbers for your area. You will also get cheaper rates instead of the normal rates that you would get by dialling a 1800 number. Therefore, in this case, you can call to any local access number in any state, there is no need to care if there is any local access in your area. This will save your cost a lot.

For Call within Domestic : Press 1 + Area Code + Telephone no.
**When you misdial your PIN or destination phone no., simply press *, then redial the number.
**If you want to call other numbers, just press # twice to continue dialing new destination number without hang up.
