1. After purchasing iToll from Thaitel.com, you would get Thaitel PLUS account & password, which account will have format like 0029xxxxxx
2. Make sure that your computer had already connected to the internet.

How to set up Thaitel account

1. Run program Thaitel iToll
2. Click Setting to start config iToll program
2. On screen Menu, select SIP Proxy

3. Select SIP Account

4. On SIP Account screen, please type
Display Name : YourName
User Name : 002900xxxx
Authorization User : 002900xxxx
Password : Password

5. The iToll screen will show Logged in - Enter Phone Number
Just simply enter phone number

- to make a call
Click

- to end the call

How to make a call

To make a call between Thaitel Account

Enter Thaitel Account number and dial
For example : 002900xxxx and dial

To make a call to normal phone or call phone

Enter destination number in this format

[ Country code + City Code + Phone Number ]

For example
Calling to USA : 1800 + phone number
Enter : 18007737126

Calling to England : 44 + City Code + Phone number
Enter : 447880999999

Calling to Bangkok : 66 + 2 + phone number
Enter : 6621234567

Calling to Mobile phone : 668 + Mobile phone number
Enter : 66871234567

How to use phonebook

Click

to record your friend's name in phonebook
Then, select New Entry

This screen is to record phone information, please type
Name : friend's name
SIP URL : thaitel's account or destination number
Type : Select type of record by double click
Speed no : One number for speed dial

List of type of the record, please select one

The record will be saved and shown on the screen

How to make a call from Phonebook

Select on name in the phonebook and click Dial to make a call
