	Terms and Conditions thaitel.com Affiliate Program These terms and conditions apply to an individual and/or company(s) who participates in the thaitel.com Affiliate program. 1.In Joining the Affiliate Program By filling out the application form you will automatically become thaitel.com Affiliate Partner.Your participation in the program is solely to legally advertise thaitel.com web site and to receive a commission, based on the products purchased by the individuals who have been referred to our site through your banner.. 2. Revocation of Affiliate Status Your Affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: - Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities - Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) - Violation of intellectual property rights (copying material belonging to thaitel.com that are used other than promotion materials and/or material proposed in our member area) - Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc) 3. Affiliate Commission Affiliate commission will be paid out monthly basis for a minimum US$50 commission. (If your commission does not reach to the minimum check payout, they payment will be rolled over to next month. Your commissions will be accumulated indefinitely with no expiration date.) Affiliate Commission Calculation Affiliate commission will be calculated only new member orders that begin upon your sign up with the Affiliate Program and also inactive member orders that make an order from your referral after they did not make an orders over 1 year.
